Teodoro Baù
viola da gamba

Programme

The viola da gamba course is open to all levels and does not require an entrance exam.

Individual lessons will be offered, but students are encouraged to attend each other’s lessons, as technical aspects relevant to all participants may arise during each session. Whenever possible, group lessons will also be scheduled within the timetable. These group sessions will address topics that may come up during individual lessons or from students’ specific questions, such as instrument-specific techniques, methods for independent, efficient, and productive practice, instrument maintenance (e.g., how to change a string, adjust frets, or avoid issues with pegs), and many other subjects.
